Cancellation Policy

Dedicated Desk Membership ($225 per month) - Month to month. Billed on the 1st and due by the 15th. All utilities and wifi are included. - Early move-ins are prorated. Move-outs before the end of the month are not. - 30 days' written notice to vacate. No deposit is required. - Access is suspended if payment is not received by the end of the month, and the membership ends at 30 days past due. - The desk is yours alone. It may not be shared, rotated, or sublet. A second person needs their own membership. - A locking pedestal or locker is provided. Reasonable items only. No business inventory, hazardous materials, or food left over a weekend. - 24/7 credential issued to the named member, who is responsible for the alarm and anyone they admit after hours. - The conference room is free, booked on the shared Google Calendar. - Use the Cowork Springfield address for business mail and registration. The front desk accepts mail and packages one person can carry. Large items must be received by the member in person or by a mover they arrange. - On cancellation the desk is cleared by the last paid day. Items left more than 7 days after the end date are disposed of. House rules - Codes and keys are issued to one named person and may not be shared or lent. Doors may not be propped. - No smoking, vaping, open flames, space heaters, hazardous materials, or firearms. Service animals are always welcome. Other animals are welcome, but Cowork Springfield may restrict access if one becomes a problem. - Harassment or unsafe behavior ends the booking with no refund. - Cowork Springfield is not responsible for personal property. Leave the space as you found it.
