Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Cowork Springfield. Please review the following booking policies: Private Offices (Unfurnished/Furnished) - Office memberships are billed monthly and require a signed membership agreement. - Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' written notice. - Office access is available 24/7 for active members. Open Desk Day Passes - Day pass reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the reservation start time for a full credit. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time are non-refundable. This includes same-day booking cancellations. - Day passes are valid during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Conference Room Reservations - Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may be charged the full reservation fee. - Conference room bookings are subject to availability and may not be used for activities that disrupt other members. Introductory Tours - Tours are complimentary. - If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance so the time can be made available to others. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Reservations may be considered forfeited after 15 minutes if no communication is received. - Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions. Waitlist - If a reservation becomes available, waitlisted guests will be notified automatically. - Waitlist notifications do not guarantee a reservation until confirmed.
