Cancellation Policy

Introductory Tour (free) - Free, by appointment, during staffed hours. Plan on about 20 minutes. - Reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours ahead using the link in your confirmation email. - Two no-shows in a row and the next tour must be confirmed by phone before it is held. - A tour is an appointment, not a booking. It includes no work time, desk, conference room, or door code. - Bring whoever you like. Anyone who wants to stay and work that day buys a day pass. House rules - Codes and keys are issued to one named person and may not be shared or lent. Doors may not be propped. - No smoking, vaping, open flames, space heaters, hazardous materials, or firearms. Service animals are always welcome. Other animals are welcome, but Cowork Springfield may restrict access if one becomes a problem. - Harassment or unsafe behavior ends the booking with no refund. - Cowork Springfield is not responsible for personal property. Leave the space as you found it.
