Cancellation Policy

Open Desk Day Pass ($20 per day) - One person, one day, in the shared open area. Access runs 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No door code is issued. - Seating is first come and unassigned. Seats cannot be reserved or held, and nothing may be left overnight. - Included: wifi, kitchenette, coffee, and use of the lobby to greet a visitor. - Not included: private offices, the conference room, mail service, storage, and after-hours entry. The conference room may be added at the non-member rate when it is free. - A day pass includes 1 to 2 guests. You meet them at the door and they stay with you. - Payment is due at booking. Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your start time for a full refund. Inside 1 hour, 50% of the price is charged, but reach out anyway since we can usually move it. - Open desk day passes count toward the Cowork Springfield loyalty rewards program. House rules - Codes and keys are issued to one named person and may not be shared or lent. Doors may not be propped. - No smoking, vaping, open flames, space heaters, hazardous materials, or firearms. Service animals are always welcome. Other animals are welcome, but Cowork Springfield may restrict access if one becomes a problem. - Harassment or unsafe behavior ends the booking with no refund. - Cowork Springfield is not responsible for personal property. Leave the space as you found it.
