Cancellation Policy

Private Office Day Pass ($45 full day, $30 half day) - Offices 3 and 9 only. The office is assigned at booking and may be swapped between the two if needed. - Full day runs 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Half days run 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Access ends when the block ends. No after-hours entry. - A single-use door code is emailed the morning of the booking and expires at the end of the block. It is not transferable. Day passes do not include keys. - Late checkout: 15 minutes of grace, then the half day rate for each additional block started. - The booking covers one person plus 1 to 2 guests. Larger groups book the conference room. - No wall mounting, no moving furniture, nothing stored overnight. Items left behind are held at the front desk for 7 days. - Included: wifi, kitchenette, coffee, and lobby greeting. The conference room is billed separately. - Payment is due at booking. Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your block for a full refund. Inside 1 hour, 50% of the price is charged. A booking nobody shows up for and nobody calls about is forfeited. House rules - Codes and keys are issued to one named person and may not be shared or lent. Doors may not be propped. - No smoking, vaping, open flames, space heaters, hazardous materials, or firearms. Service animals are always welcome. Other animals are welcome, but Cowork Springfield may restrict access if one becomes a problem. - Harassment or unsafe behavior ends the booking with no refund. - Cowork Springfield is not responsible for personal property. Leave the space as you found it.
